Jar Inspector has an unexpected bug - when saving it converts A6 (pilcrow sign on Macs) to 9A C3 84 C2 B6.
This is a pity as it is an efficient OS X jar file editor which I have used for several years.
I came across this bug while editing Thunderbird en-GB.jar files. My Thunderbird still functioned but several menus and system messages were incorrectly followed by 'a comma', 'the letter A with diaeresis' and 'a pilcrow sign'. See my MozillaZine page.
I have sent several emails to the author but have not yet had a reply.
