Dark Chocolate

Introduction

• Delicious Dark Chocolate can be easily made at home

Ingredients

• 100g cocoa powder
• 100g ground almonds
• 100g sugar
• 100g water

Method

• Mix ingredients well
• Put between two layers of lightly oiled greaseproof paper and flatten with a roller
• Wrap with the greaseproof paper and store in fridge until required
